03 · Printing Instructions

How to Print on HP Smart Tank 7600

Follow these steps for a perfect trifold brochure every time.

Step-by-Step Instructions

Download the PDF

Click Download PDF above. The file will save to your Downloads folder.

Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader

Open Adobe Acrobat Reader → File → Open → navigate to your Downloads folder → select FaithAndPaws_Brochure_PrintReady.pdf.

Open Print Dialog

Press Ctrl+P (Windows) or Cmd+P (Mac). Select HP Smart Tank 7600 from the printer list.

Set Page Size & Orientation

Click Properties → Paper/Quality. Set: Paper Size = US Letter, Orientation = Landscape.

Set Print Quality

Under Print Quality, select Best. Set Paper Type to Brochure/Photo Paper Matte for best results.

Select "Actual Size"

Back in the main Print dialog, under Page Sizing, choose Actual Size (not "Fit to Page") to preserve exact 11" × 8.5" dimensions.

Print Page 1 (Inside Spread)

In the Pages field, type 1 and click Print. Wait for the page to fully exit the printer before touching it.

Flip & Print Page 2 (Outside Spread)

Reload the printed sheet face-down in the paper tray (printed side facing the tray floor).

In the Pages field, type 2 and click Print. The outside spread will print on the reverse side.

Fold the Brochure

Once dry (wait 2–3 min), place Page 2 (outside) face-up. Fold the right panel (front cover) inward first, then fold the left panel over the top. Crease firmly with a ruler edge.
